The steps we guide you through to simplify the construction process for you.

STEP 1: Exploration & Envisioning

Our initial meetings are to get to know you and talk about the goals of the project. We can bring in designers if needed to help you develop your vision of your new home. We help you understand the choices that drive cost and also make you aware of the possibilities for your property or in the case of renovation, your existing structure.

STEP 2: Planning

Based on your needs and specifications, we provide a comprehensive and realistic estimate for the project including options and ways you can affect the overall cost. We then determine the team we need to deliver to the exacting quality and standards you desire.

STEP 3: Implementation of the Plan

Before we start building, we will pre-plan and coordinate the people and materials necessary to execute the project. Our preferred trades are our working partners that we bring together seamlessly to get the job done. We draw on over 40 of the most skilled and reliable sub-contractors and coordinate each of them to completion of your project. We define the budget range for fixtures and materials, and then put you in touch with our preferred suppliers to allow you to choose what you want for everything from faucets to flooring.

STEP 4: Scheduling, Sub-Contractors & Supplies

The key to a successful outcome for a building project is the critical flow of information. We manage the communication process entirely starting with listening to the client, and then manage things throughout to ensure nothing is lost in translation as it passes from the designer, and then to the construction supervisor who coordinates with every tradesperson and sub-contractor that comes on site. We make sure this is a continuous and ongoing part of the process so that no mistakes are made that can cause cost overruns or delays. We keep you in the loop about the schedule and remind you of the things you need to do to choose or pick out fixtures and finishing.

STEP 5: Construction Quality

Assurance & Performance Monitoring
We are on-site to make sure the work is being done to the specifications of your design. There is nothing left to interpretation and each part of the project is checked for quality workmanship. This also helps if you want changes to be made. We keep you up to date, and we include you in the choosing of fixtures and materials.

STEP 6: Delivering Your New Home
